Product disclaimer
Wild Seasons Flowers work very hard to make sure all of our floral arrangements are as identical as possible to the photos on our website. We have very high-quality standards, and sometimes, due to supply difficulties with items such as seasonal flowers, wrapping and containers, it may become necessary to substitute some of the flowers/ wrapping and containers with items of a similar style, colour and equivalent value. We will also try to contact you if major substitutions are required.

Cancellation of an order/Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your selected delivery date and refund the order amount less an admin processing fee of $10.

Notice given on the delivery date for cancellation will not be accepted once the flower arrangement has been made or is onboard with our courier. If we have not made your order, we will refund you 50% of your order amount.

All cancellations will be charged an additional cancelling fee of $10.

Ordering and Delivering services

We deliver all orders Monday to Saturday except on public holidays. For same-day delivery, the cut-off time is 1pm. Orders placed beforE 1pm we guarantee to deliver on the same day or the date you selected.

By agreeing with our delivery policies, you agree with our couriers to leave your order at a safe place if the recipient is not home.

Circumstances such as if we couldn't find an appropriate place to leave your order, the delivery address is incorrect, or the recipient is not home for the next few days ...etc., please understand an additional redelivery and handling fee will be charged.

For business deliveries, we'll make sure it will be delivered by 5pm. In the circumstance of after business time, we will deliver your order on the next business day. 

For hospital deliveries, please provide detailed information such as hospital name, recipient name and contact number, ward number/ room number, and in which section. Please also make sure the person has not been discharged.

GIFTS WHICH INCLUDE ALCOHOL

Wild Seasons Flowers sell food hampers and flower arrangements, both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the

Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.

Online Ordering

Our online ordering process makes it easy to send flowers while you get on the go. Order fresh flowers and gifts online at a time that suits you and your flower delivery will be on its way. We understand that sometimes things turn up last-minute, we provide same-day flower delivery in the City of Kalamunda area if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday within a 30 km radius and before 10am within a 30 km radius on Saturday.

After you placed an order you'll receive an e-mail notification if you have any questions about your order - we're here to help with any queries you may have.

Flowers are sent wet and wrapped in a water bubble, on arrival the ends should be trimmed and the flowers placed in water within 2 hours in a vessel so they can drink (especially on a hot day!). Flower arrangements that are in a container such as boxed/basket arrangements use green florists foam in their construction, please water the foam before it dries out, this will keep your flowers looking good for much longer.

* Please note: If there is no one home and no safe place to leave the driver will return the flowers to our shop in Kalamunda,there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. Flowers can be collected from our shop free of charge.
