DELIVERY INFORMATION

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES FOR 2024

Christmas deliveries will be from SATURDAY 21ST to TUESDAY 24th December . We do get very busy so if you can, we would recommend sending your festive flowers before Christmas Eve, perhaps on the SATURDAY, SUNDAY or MONDAY.

We will be open extra hours on Saturday 21st December, from 8.30am to 4.00pm

Due to the number of orders needing to be delivered we cannot accept any TIMED (specific delivery time requests) deliveries for this time period. All deliveries will be made as soon as we can! Please ensure that all your delivery details and contact phone numbers are correct, if we have to re-deliver an extra charge will apply.

We recommend pre-ordering your CHRISTMAS Flowers and Gifts for delivery as soon as you can to be assured of your choice. Orders received after THURSDAY 19th will be subject to availability. If we have run out of any items you will be notified by email so please keep an eye on your emails. We may have to cap our order numbers to ensure timely deliveries so again please get in early.

Delivery to our own suburb, Kalamunda and those closest are FREE. These are Kalamunda, Lesmurdie, Walliston, Gooseberry Hill, Bickley & Carmel.

FLOWER DELIVERY INFORMATION

Wild Seasons Flowers is an independent Perth Hills florist who has been delivering flowers for every occasion in our locality for more than 35 years. Experienced in handling and delivering all types of flowers and arrangements, you can rest assured your order will be given our best attention. Our team go the extra mile for you, ensuring a great service, beautiful flowers with reliable delivery.

Owned by locals, operated by locals, employing locals, we hand deliver all our flower orders ensuring they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when we created your arrangement or bouquet that morning. We put our heart and soul into our flowers and their care, we want you to be able to enjoy for as long as possible!

DELIVERY CHARGES

Local: Kalamunda, Lesmurdie, Gooseberry Hill, Walliston, Bickley & Carmel are FREE delivery

Foothills: Delivery starts at just $5.00 and increases the further a suburb is from Kalamunda. Most vary from $5 to $15

Please note: Delivery is calculated according to the postcode & suburb during the checkout process so you can see the total cost before committing to purchase.

SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY IN AND AROUND KALAMUNDA

Wild Seasons Flowers offers same day flower delivery. We cover all of our LOCAL suburbs, you can check if we deliver to your required suburb and the delivery costs but putting the suburb in at the checkout. Please note we are closed SUNDAYS and we close at 12.00 noon on Saturdays

MONDAY-FRIDAY

Monday to Friday our cut off for same day deliveries is 2.00pm for most of our suburbs. Those suburbs further away the cut off is 11.00am. Deliveries commence soon after we open, we do our best to have all orders delivered by mid afternoon. On occasion, a delivery may occur after 5pm if the day has been particularly busy. Deliveries to businesses and school - we so our absolute best to have these orders delivered diring business/school hours.

SATURDAY

Deliveries on Saturdays commence early as we close at noon. Orders need to be received before 10.00am.

We deliver to KALAMUNA HOSPITAL/all local nursing homes and Lifestyle/Retirement Villages

TIMED DELIVERY

If you want to specify a particular delivery time this would be by special arrangement at an extra percentile cost of the standard delivery fee. Any special delivery arrangements would have to be confirmed by our florists beforehand.

SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver flowers on Sundays or Public holidays. If your order is impacted or we are unable to deliver during other times, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note our studio is closed on Sundays.

UNATTENDED ADDRESSES

Deliveries to unattended addresses are left at the front door in an area that is safe. If items are undeliverable due to incorrect address or inaccessibility such as secure apartments, a re-delivery fees will apply. Please ensure you add a recipient phone number as this will help to avoid redelivery charges where possible.

RE-DELIVERIES

We assume that the addresses and other details you provide are correct. In the event that the address is incorrect and/or the delivery cannot be made, a re-delivery fee will be charged. All re-deliveries to the same address will incur a re-delivery fee being the same as the original fee charged. Re-deliveries to a new address will be charged the appropriate delivery fee for that suburb.
